I also faced this. i able to register finger until 41% then it pop this message. At the end, I able registered 2 fingers. if your finger too dry or oily then hard to register. Don't press the screen when u register fingerprint.
Oh , that was really expected , even for ultra sonic sensor fingerprint in Samsung Phones could be messed up scatchig the area , it is pretty annoying , you should probably use an alternative security like pattern , pin password and face recognition
