I have the same issues as you all..my advice send it to the service center.it may take about 1 week(at my place)and the problem being solved..(they change a new board for me)now my phone same as the day I bought it...the new A50...😊

owhhh...I think you better ask in this samsung online chat first before you send it...my phone is still under warranty.I bought it on July this year..but this problem happened after Oct.update...right?you better ask first ok...

wait , didnt A50 out in March this year right? how come u have no warranty left? warranty for mobile devices in samsung is 1 year

Right! but what if a non warranty samsung device is gets problems by software which were issued by samsung company.

for my experience using samsung for 6 years, they USUALLY fixes the issues by another update, but if the problem getting worst, mostly likely u need to go to the service centre.
