May I know why my phone after 100% fully charged and I did reconnect from the cable go down to 97% please does anyone know where is the problem.

Try doing device care stuff (found in settings) If the problem is still not resolve you should head to the nearest service centre

Try smelling you charging port if there is any burning smell or try checking the cable of the charger if the problem still occurs you should head down to the nearest service centre

how long you let the charger on after it fully charge?

direct I reconnect while it charge I never let the phone with cable charge or I forget with fully charge

prob a software bug, download accubattery to check the health

I did from Members apps to check the battery is show me good but I don't know why suddenly yesterday happen.
