other features are fine except for using 1 second and above shutter speed.

Clear cache or force stop the camera app, if it didn't work then you have to perform hard reset.. Mine works fine tho, so far no issues/bugs after updating it..

Um, where can I find that settings? I want to try it on my camera.

go to Pro mode... go.to shutter mode.. if you look at the pic ive shown with the number 10..thats the shutter button. try set to 10 then take a picture. check if will fail or not😉
