My phone was drained as in dead battery but when I plug my charger it appears to have 9% what might be the problem? Or is there any problem about this?
charge your phone when it gets to 20-40 percent and let it go up to 90-100 percent and never use your phone while charging these problems are common you can check my profile there's more info there
Galaxy A70 user here. I don't know if your phone has a problem since it was in my mind that Galaxy A70 phone supports a fast charging tech which fastens the charging of the phone so if I get to thinking that's really awesome to have drained battery to dead and when charging it it has p percent juice backing up to start the phone. 😊 but if you think there is a problem with your phone, you can report the issue immediately here in Samsung Members app Get Help button. Do not hesitate to report anything to Samsung when you are left with options that doesn't help you out. 😉
