Changing greetings and # of rings

Hello Dolly here. Would anyone know how to change # of rings and greeting by chance? Many thanks!

the only way would be to contact your carrier. but I don't believe that they can or will

They can,

there is a * command you dial to change the # of rings before your voicemail kicks in and you can get this command from your carrier.

Mine is set yo 6 rings (the max) before voicemail kicks in.

To change your greeting, this can be done by calling into your voicemail, and go into personal greeting settings.

The greeting I'm assuming you mean voicemail, go to phone, keypad, hold the 1 key to get into voicemail, follow the prompts to change greeting 🤷‍♂️
