Go through Quick panel and locate "Smart View".
Smart View is a screen mirror that view your phone's screen to your TV, Speaker and Chromecast.

In case you can't find smart view, you can search it at finder bar at top of the app drawer.

Does your SkyWorth TV is a smart TV that supports Google casting capability like from YouTube, Netflix, etc?
Does the TV connects at the same wifi?
What model is your SkyWorth TV?

okay. did you set your skyworth smart TV to a casting mode? (which uses your phone to cast a video from YouTube or Netflix app on your phone.)

Make sure the TV is connected at the same wifi as your phone. Try use a YouTube app on your phone, and cast it on the skyworth smart TV.

You just need to mirror the screen. If the pre-installed "Smart View" is unavailable, try use a Google Home app and use its screen mirroring feature.
