Earphone USB C isn't supported with galaxy a50

Im using galaxy a50 and just bought a new earphone with usb c connector and when i plug it my phone say "connected usb device isn't supported". Im using baseus C06 earphone. Can someone help me?

Hi @Cendra, as far as I know, Samsung Galaxy A50 doesn't support USB C Earphone. You can use 3.5mm Audio Jack or Wireless Bluetooth Earphone (or we also call: TWS).
