Email addresses will not set up

I am unable to set up my email addresses in any app on this phone. I have force stopped Outlook, cleared the cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, manually set up, etc. to no avail. 

The problem started when Outlook randomly asked me to re-enter my passwords, but would not accept them. 

My login details and mail server settings are correct and work on other devices.

Does anyone know why this is happening and have any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried Gmail app? It also can use with Outlook.
