Fingerprint sensor

My phone isn't recognizing and not registering new fingerprints. Although my old fingerprints are doing fine so this means my sensor is okay. How can I fix the problem of adding a new fingerprint?

Ah yes, I'm facing the same issue on the A70 where when I put my finger in the reader, it says "cover the sensor" its getting annoying lol.

not the sensor ,we all have issue with on screen fingerprint,the problems is the way we put the finger.

sry just now i try attach a picture show you the area of scan but the pic fail to upload,what i want to say is try scan the middle of thumb and not upper thumb.
