Fortnite Glow Skin still not showing up for A70 users?

I have a Samsung A70 and the Fortnite Glow Skin still does not show up in the shop.  Yes my store is on Samsung.  Yes i have followed all the steps to redeem it.  It just simply isn't offered.  Just wondering why Samsung has not fixed the issue yet?
