Galaxy A10e Android 10 update for USA?

Galaxy A10e is supposed to get it soon. My model number is SM-A102U, Android version 9, Last security update was March 26, 2020 (I checked for updates it says March was the latest and is up to date) and is software A102USQS6ATC2 and I'm on Verizon Wireless in the USA and I have not received it yet. Has anyone else received this update yet for this particular model? If yes when, what phone carrier, USA or Canada?

We don't have information regarding the USA model that when it will receive the update or already it received. Better you can ask in the Samsungs community USA.

Avoid using that website. It's clickbait too. Yes, the A102W got the update recently. As Kinsley said, we don't know when you'll get the update as in the US, updates are heavily carrier-reliant. Here, everything is released immediately for everyone (except Rogers/Fido when they find some issues somehow).
