I don't get updates since may 2019 for A70

Hello . I am waiting for updates from Samsung  but it dont seems like that I am getting any. 

My last update was from may 2019 and every times I check for update it says that my phone is up to date. 

 any help please. Cause I've been waiting for android 10 for ages now.

Well I assume it's because you're out of your region and never used it in Europe as intended, since you're asking for help on Samsung Members Canada and not Saudi Arabia/UAE/Africa (the intended markets for your particular variant of the A705FN)
