My mobile data is not working even if I have strong signal. What should I do?

I don't get it, sorry. what is postpaid plan? data allocation? account is overdue? prepaid? registered to a data package?

If you are on Smart Postpaid, it means you should pay your bill. If you are on Smart Prepaid, you need to register to a promo.

I mean, I can use my mobile data without doing that... because on my old phone, I can use my mobile even if I don't have load.. so I want to do that to this phone as well

'Sign in to network' also appears to all my samsung phones if I dont have data allocation or load in connecting to internet. Just try reloading if you are prepaid user or contact your network provider if you are postpaid user. It is not a fault of your phone :)
