My phone wont upgrade to Android 10

I've received an update regarding the Android 10. I tried to download it but it suddenly stopped. But when I tried to download it again it would show that it's updated but when I checked it, it still on the android 9 version. What should I do?

If that's from A70, just try & try again until it pops out.

try to download it with OTA Update. And use only one connection. If you start downloading it on Wifi, you better finished it on WiFi. If you download it first on Mobile data, finish it on mobile data. I experience same thing. I tried 5 times downloading to a different connection and it stops. So I just stay at one connection and got it finished downloading.

its just the software update setting on your phone. Another term OTA (Over-The-Air) update
