Which Carrier are you with?
But try this:

Turn OFF WiFi & Use Cellular Data to initiate the OTA update - Once the OTA has started - you can switch to WiFi if you want... If it fails on WiFi - Complete the OTA Update using Cellular Data - Please report back with both the Carrier you are with & if you are successful using Cellular Data

Please don't forget to mention which Carrier you are with & if using Cellular Data worked for you - Some other people are having a similar issue & it'd be nice to figure out what's happening 🕊

Thank you. It worked. I'm with Koodo. I just had to use data to connect then was able to switch to wifi for download.
