Hi guys, none of my apps(messages, WhatsApp, skype etc) showing the notification bubble. If I missed the sound of a new message I won't see I had got one until I open the app. I've been to the place I got my device(Samsung Galaxy A5) from but they said it's a rare issue and they didn't know how to fix it.
If you're referring to the notification badge that shows the number of notifications on a certain app, here's something you can try. Go into settings and turn off the notification badge, then restart your phone, turn notification badge back on and restart again and then see if it's working, of it's still not working, boot into recovery and wipe cache, reboot device.
