Anyone know how to download  my pictures from Google

are you referring to Google photos?
best to do this from a PC and you can actually download entire albums.

Click on “Albums” in the left menu.

Select the album you want to share.

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Download all.”

Google will then download a zip file containing the photos from your album.
