Problem transfer file with OTG flashdisk

Hi guys, can you help me with this problem, i can not transfer file to my otg flashdisk after upgrading my OS to Android 10 on my samsung galaxy A9 2018, the problem is my A9 error after that activity, please help me with this problem. #android10bug #problem #bugs #bug #error #samsunga9

thats haven't same problem on my Samsung A6+ Android 10 One UI 2.0. So I mean you must backup your internal memory (phonebook ect) and try to Reset Factory.

i already "reset factory" but my device (a9) still didn't work for OTG.. same problem again and again 😭
