SM-A520F does the FM tuner work if purchased from a US seller

Some US ebay sellers are selling the SM-A520F.  I thought that was a EU model.  Anyway, I need one with a workable FM no data tuner.  Don't the US and Canada sell models with the fm tuner disabled?

They used to be disabled by Canadian carriers. They didn't work on my previous S8+ but FM tuner is working on my note 9

FM tuner worked on my Note 9, S10+, and A70, not my S8 tho.
