Hi ask lang po kung sino rin nakakaranas nung sudden shutdown na halos nag sstuck lang sa logo ng samsung? Naka turn off naman yung auto restart ko pero madalas nagshushutdown parin phone ko minsan 2 or 3 beses sa isang araw. Any help or suggestions po?
If you turn on your phone and you're stuck of its Samsung Logo, Press & Hold the Power button and Volume up button to simply force restart when you stuck in samsung logo. If restarts unexpectedly, I think you should contact the Customer Support for phone dianogse
