Samsung pay??

I have a Samsung A70 and wondering why Samsung pay is not available??

if you download the samsung pay apk from a place like apk mirror and install it, it works

just doing some reading, in your opinion which site (or app) is the safest for apk files? I don't want to install something that has malware and infect my phone.
