Screen problem or software problem?

My old galaxy a9 pro always come out this problem. Sometimes it can use normally but suddenly the screen will turns blank or show green pixels like picture above. The phone will still receive notifications when this happens.

Looks like a hardware issue for me. If you say it happens intermittently, from my experience it's normally due to a loose screen connector.

but whenever I knock or throw the phone on the bed it should hv some respond if it's the screen connector problem🙁. btw thks for ur sharing :smiling-face:

I see. Good clue indeed. If you force restart your phone, screen goes back to normal?

sometimes it will and sometimes it won't. like the phone has its own mood:(
