Set Email as default

I unfortunately removed resident Email app as my default.  I'm trying to find out how to reset.   Set as Default button will not light up.  When I look at Default apps, it's not listed.  Feeling a little frustrated.

Settings - Apps - Three Dot Menu Top Right - Show System Apps & scroll down to the email app & set as Default 😉🐧
