They released an update and it was bricking phones, so the update was pulled. There's no official date for when a fixed version will be released. The latest release, according to Telus, was a security update in early to mid June.
You should note the permissions and apps you have disabled like Bixby and any Samsung apps as the update to 10 on my a50 they do not allow permissions to be changed on apps like Samsung cloud and Bixby.
