How you check on the router's end? What specifically the problem you are experiencing? Is it connected but no browse? Or just definitely can't connect? If a full reset doesn't fix the problem, better check the router's settings. There could be an issue with IP addresses or DNS per se.
Thanks for your reply, my wifi just dont detect any network or even bluetooth have tried bluetooth with other phone but still cant detect. I have just restarted my phone and now both wifi and bluetooth wont turn on.
