I assume you're talking about video stabilization. open camera, select settings(great icon) in top right hand corner, then scroll down until you see video stabilization then turn it on.

Did some research and apparently Optical Image Stabilization was removed from the A5 2017 version so you won't have this feature in your device, the article I read said it could be due to Samsung wanting to reduce the bump of the camera lens.

No stabilization in A5, only on S8/+/Note 8.
