I'm from Canada but now I'm in Indonesia. When I charge my phone it doesn't charge at all even with an adapter . Who know how to charge his Samsung A50 in a different country ? Please help

You can try wireless charging. If you have access to wireless charger anywhere just to try. If wireless charging works than it can be your USB c port.

No power brick and USB should work any where. Did you try PC USB to see if your phone connects or charges?

Seconding @Jmak's suggestion here—have you double-checked that your USB cable is working properly? If it isn't the cable, then it may be your charging port.

hey thx ! so ii tried charging with pc and doesn't work. tried with an with the adapter plug (traveling charger ) doesn't work. when I'm charging it, it shows that it's charging (thunder sign) but doesn't get higher %

If charging on PC,  give it time, it will be very slow to charge.
