Hi, try accessing phone's Settings, and look for Cloud and Accounts.

are you referring about the Samsung Cloud?
as mentioned above Settings -> Cloud and accounts

Hey @carol1234, Samsung Cloud can only be accessed from the compatible Samsung devices. So far it's just the latest from our Galaxy line (furthest it goes back is S7, and S7 Edge for some carriers, I believe.)
