emails being deleted

My A8 keeps deleting my email l have tried

Changing my settings deleting the account nothing seems to work any ideas

Could you maybe provide more screenshots or more details as to what is happening with your emails? That shouldn't be happening - sorry to hear that.

There are many possiblilties. Are you able to tell us how you connect the email? Exchange ActiveSync / POP3 / IMAP?
