not recieving texts but can send.

I have a samsung A50 and I can call and receive phone calls. Send texts but cant seem to receive my texts?! Anyone else having this problem? How can i fix this? I checked everything on data and messages settings but I dont see anything that could be wrong.

If you can't see a solution in your settings I suggest you contact your carrier and ask them if there is a problem with them that you cannot receive text messages.

First things first, have you restarted your device?  That should always be your first step.

Second, have you cleared your system cache?  That should always be the second thing you do

If neither resolve your issue,  as Ray2 states, contact your carrier to see if perhaps there's an issue on their end.

my a53 5g was being remotely controlled by somebody else...after I resolved that issue now I can't recieve or send calls and text msges. help anybody??
