I have notice since the latest update, phone to stopped giving me notifications for email. It's not receing them unless I open the outlook app. Background use is open in wifi and data and battery usage. Any help before I reset my phone? Thanks

Clearing cache in recovery after any update can solve many little issues. If everything else works fine, you can just clear cache/data of your outlook app alone. Resetting your phone for just your email seems unnecessary to me.

I agree. I have same issue with WhatsApp. I ha e cleared cache on both apps and restarted the phone.

Try disabling battery optimization for the apps in question. The same thing happened to me and once it was disabled, everything went back to 'normal'.
