I can not get my 5A off safemode. I have turned off phone and it wont go to normal.

Hold the Power Button until the options to Power Off/Restart come onscreen. Choose Restart then wait for the screen to go blank. Hold Power + Volume Down TOGETHER as it power cycles on. This SHOULD turn Safemode On/Off on many Samsung Device's
