selfie stick MPOW iSnap

Hi everyone,

I have a Samsung A5 2017 and want to pair it with MPOW iSnap selfie stick. Although it has found it on the list of Bluetooth devices and even shows it as paired  but it does not pair and gives me an error it cannot connect.

Has anybody had this issue? Can anyone help me with this?

it could be quite possible it is something with the selfie stick.

Have you been able to connect the selfie stick with another device?

I am assuming other bluetooth devices work just fine?
