So I just got a samsung galaxy a8 ,  and I was wondering if there was a way to add a shortcut to data,so I wouldn't have to go in settings everytime!!.

I EMPHASIZE that this is not a Samsung thing - It's the Carriers who have done this!! Possibly in the hopes that some people would exceed their Mobile Data limits??
