How big was it? Was it close to (if not larger than) an inch? It's quite possible it could be a crane fly. Hard to tell in the pic. I have quite a few crane flies in my area. They are quite big (usually around an inch) and sometimes get in our home. We catch them and let them go. Definitely don't want to kill them as they prey on mosquitoes. 😉
