pictures encrypted after phone switch

Does anyone know why all my pictures of my sd card is encrypted on my new device?i switched from s7 to s10e. All of my other apps and data is accessible except for my pictures. Please help

Have you tried to dump them onto your pc? It looks like there corrupted to me not encrypted.

I think you need an update clouds from Samsung apps (galaxy store)..

You may need a decryptor or a restoration program.

thank you everyone for the help. I got it fixed. You have to run decryption on the older device first and then insert into the new device and encrypt to access the data and images.

Looks like your SD card was encrypted by your old device.  You should put it back in your old device and try to decrypt it in the device's settings.   Then you can take it out and put it into your new device.
