Galaxy JI just updated my galaxy j6 to Android 10. After the update, the touchscreen is not working anymore. Buttons and fingerprint are working. I already tried wiping out cache partition. Still, touchscreen is not working. I'm afraid I don't want to use factory reset as well. Is there any way to fix this? Please help me as soon as possible. Thank You

Galaxy J
Yo
This is the problem with tech , nobody back up shhh
If you can
I Would backup
With smartswitch and /or the cloud if you have enough space then factory reset it 🤦
If you have a case on it (which I whould and do) Id turn off the device and clean everything!
In the future I think everyone here would agree, backup your stuff then do a factory reset and then do the major update 🤷🤙👍 (shouldn't have to but whatever)
Saves on ibuprofen 🙃🤣(headaches)
