Hey... Yeah, when I top up my phone. The internet doesn't work sometimes, when I'm using my mobile data! Does anyone know why?

Depending on what the circumstances are, it's most likely going to invovle a call/visit to your carrier. Incorrect APN settings, server issues, no data plan (though that shouldn't stop it as they can stiff you for overage charges), etc.
