I have a samsung J4 plus when i get photos or videos in WhatsApp it's not saving in gallery

By default, Photos and videos you receive through whatsapp will be saved. Please check the chat settings in whatsapp application and make sure the media visibility is enabled.

it's enabled but I'm not seeing them in my gallery

Hi Quean, Please make sure you have updated the application to the latest version. Clear cache (Settings > Apps > Whatsapp > Storage > Clear Cache) for the WhatsApp application and reboot your device. Check and let us know if it worked.

Hi Quean, can you check the following

Open Whatsapp→ 3 dots on top right → Settings→ Data and storage usage

Under media auto download, have you check photo, video, document on When connected to Wifi? When using mobile data, have you check photo ?

⚠️Note that if you check photo under when using mobile, may costs money depends on what data plan you use.
