Galaxy JHey @Scarlettheart,
The process of moving photos to your SD card is fairly simple! Try this:
- From your app drawer, go to "My Files".
- Tap on "Images" under "Categories".
- From each category, you can tap and hold an image to select multiple.
- Tap on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select "Move", and tap on "SD card".
- Choose the folder in your SD card you'd like to move your images to, and tap "Done".
If you'd like to move an app, these are the steps:
- From the app drawer, navigate to "Settings".
- Tap on "Apps".
- Locate the app you would like to move to your SD card and tap on it.
- Tap on "Storage".
- Under "Storage used", tap on the "Change" button.
- Select "SD card".
Hopefully this helps! 😊 If this suggestion works for you, please don't forget to click "Accept as Solution" for others who might be having the same issue.
Cheers,
Sabrina
