Icant turn on volte on my phone.it is saying that the software doesn't support volte with my inserted sim. But iam getting volte for that sim in my another phone

Hi, Could I know your software version? or make it easier by access to "setting"(Gear icon) -> "About Phone" -> "Software Information" then take a screenshot and left it as comment here.
