I have a J6 user, too.😊 If your touch screen doesn't respond or touch, Try to test the Interactive Checks by go to Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive Checks > Touch Screen. If you expect there is a problem, Assistant menu would a great option. If the touch screen is having a cracks, Go through cellphone repair shop near you🙂
