Allowed device settings

Before update to one ui 2.0 i have that feature s(if you can said it as feature)  on my note 9, but after update it's gone.

Are anyone here know how to get it back, or just make it can be used again ?

except ya talkin in different situation.
ex: are= are you sick/are you done?
are you GUYS (more than one) had any solution for this?

nope before update to new one ui on mobile thatering i got settings to disconnect other device without permision from my thatering, now its gone from settings
