I returned mine weeks ago. Never received a refund credit. Never received my Bluetooth speaker for pre-ordering the note 7. When I returned my note 7 they only had black S7 edge so I had to settle for that even though I don't want black.Paid for case and nitro glass to fit Note 7 so I'm out that money. This is my first ever Android device and after all that I have experienced I will not go back to Apple.

where did you get the glass and case from? most places are offering refunds on that. amazon refunded all my note 7 products and I didnt even have to return them

yes, I got mine on the same credit card I used to buy it from Samsung.ca, about a week after I sent it in their ups box.
You should call them I got good service from them, can't wait to buy the note 8

got my note 7 returned today. credit is in the mail. recieved a discount of about 100 as well as an exchange for the s7 edge. sucks but nothing you can do. also got to keep the level box for pre order.
