Forced dark mode not changing anything?

Hey all, 

Sorry for the noob question. I have a Note 10 on A10 and tried forced dark mode as I read this app becomes dark as well. It doesn't seem to have changed anything...am I missing anything else that has to be turned on or?

I am thinking you may have a theme applied?.... if so dark mode will not work...

set it to default, no change

You have to turn on force dark mode in developer options before you see dark mode in this app

Did you restart your phone and try it again? and like Ray2 say : You have to turn on force dark mode in developer options before you see dark mode in this app
