Front camera not working

My selfie cam do not work. When i want to take a selfie the phone become black and switch by itself to the back camera which work great.
I restarted the phone the many time its doesn't help. What should i do?

do you know how to get into Samsung diagnostic menu? check the front camera from there

Run a diagnostic as @SnowCat19 mentioned, you can also run a diagnostic from the Samsung Members app.

I did everything the other member wrote me. Nothing work, finaly I got my phone change.
