Game Launcher announcement (endless loop)

I AM running Game Launcher 3.1.0.5 on my Note 8.
The OS is Oreo.

I keep getting the announcement notification from 2017. I open and read it, but it keeps coming back. Sheenshot attached for reference.

Is this a known issue?

Hey @mito, to help us troubleshoot, could you please submit a application error log when this happens again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!

I know this is a non-issue, but it is not uncommon to get this type of support.

if I sent the report to developers directly from the application, then the report has been sent directly to the ________________ (buckle up folks!) ________ developers....
this is deep and profound, heavy stuff.

ok problem solved after I upgraded to version 3.1.08.2 friom APKMirror.

I reiterate that samsung support over the phone/email is in urgent need of basic training.
