just picked up my new pre-order note 10 plus, amazing phone. everything is perfect except disappointed with Samsung pre-order promotions. I thought for pre-order people can have a free earbuds, and I can trade in my old Samsung. however when I go there, they told me if I take the free earbud, cannot trade in my old phone. I asked then what is the difference between pre-order people and the ones do not pre-order, answer I received is that is their policy. personally, I think this is misleading. anyway, I hope Samsung can improve.
So jealous, I still love My S9, its been a good 16 months. Unfortunately Sammy is on borrowed time, but I simply can't afford another handset in this ongoing nightmare I'm held in.
