Hard Press Home Button Function

Hi guyz ,

I live in Canada , and I have a Samsung galaxy Note 8 (SM-N950W). I just received an Android Pie update 4 days ago (1st April , 2019).

Ever since that phone has updated , I can't seem to turn off the "Hard Press Home button Unlock" function. Even if I try to turn it off from the settings if still is working .  I have tried all possible ways including changing the navigation buttons , restarting the phone , except factory resetting the phone.

Anyone has a fix for this , or having the same issue as mine ?

Please any help would be appreciated .
